A twenty-year veteran of the automotive industry, Nora Foster manages our Saraland shop with her distinctive, family-friendly flare – always welcoming and never too busy to help a neighbor. She started as a service writer and body shop assistant at Grady Automotive. In 1998, she joined Professional Collision and became a member of our customer service team at the Springhill location. Nora advanced to become the estimator and assistant manager at our Highway 90 location before taking the lead at Professional Collision, Saraland.
“Fixin” cars is the Foster family trade as Nora is married to Tom Foster, a Professional Collision body technician. Together, they are the proud parents of one daughter. Only time will tell if she will join the family biz too!
Mike Williams, our Location Manager for the Spanish Fort shop, has 20 years of experience in the collision repair industry. During high school, Mike worked after school and in the summers as an assistant, who cleaned and organized a local body shop. He detailed cars and worked as an apprentice in the body and paint department, anything to get in there and help out and learn how to make car and truck “new” again. As Mike’s experience and knowledge grew, he became an estimator and claims adjuster. He came on with Professional Collision in 2005 and in 2015 we expanded with the opening of our Spanish Fort location and Mike was named location manager.
Outside the shop, Mike is a passionate outdoorsman who loves to hunt and fish whenever possible.
